Khloe Kardashian was booked, thrown behind bars and relEased - in less than 5 hours.  173 minutes of incarceration total!!!  her prom date Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan only served 82 and 84 minutes, respectively. (Wimps!)

Before Khloe made the walk of shame over to the Lynwood eyewitnesses tell FYB that Khloe and company waited in the parking lot - for a camera crew so they could film her emotional arrival.

Kate Hudsons little boy is ready to cut his hair.  4-year-old Ryder wanted to be exactly like his dad, rocker Chris Robinson, so he never let Kate cut his hair.  “But now that Lance is in the picture, Ryder wants Kate to lop off his locks so he can be as cool as Lance.”  The two men in Kate’s life are clearly getting along just fine. Can’t help but wonder how his dad feels about this.

Denise Richards went to court yesterday.  She asked the custody judge for an emergency order restricting Charlie Sheen's access to their kids. TMZ says Denise and her lawyer told the judge there's a serious issue in Charlie's home that could have an adverse impact on the kids. asbestos?  Carbon monoxide leak?  No – apparently according to Denise its psychological and she wants professionals to evaluate things. In the meantime, she doesn't want her kids hanging around there. 

Jennifer Garner and husband Ben Affleck are expecting another baby.  They have been denying it… but Jennifers former Alias co-star Victor Garber confirms it to US magazine.  The Eli Stone star was asked if the rumors were true and he says "Yes, she is,"  he is close with the couple – actually officiated their 2005 wedding.  Another source says "She is five months pregnant. They are very happy." 

Wanna watch Lauren Conrad lose it on the red carpet?  This was right before that event Paws for Style where she bailed out on walking the runway with a dog.  The reporter tells her what she is doing – and LC’s reaction is priceless.

Do you love CSI – the original one that takes plave in Vegas?  That’s the best one.  Anyway – major changes coming possibly.  I hear Laurence Fishburne and John Malkovich have been considered as replacements for William Petersen.  Petersen - one of the show's original cast members - is set to leave his post as crime investigator Gil Grisson midway through the current season. 
 
We hear Fishburne and Malkovich are both in competition to take on the role. 



Kevin Federline and Britney Spears are due in court this morning to hash it out over custody again -- but K-Fed's attorney tells TMZ they've come to an agreement.  M-Kap says Kevin is delighted.  The lawyers will be in court this morning to present the deal to Commish Scott Gordon for his approval – stay tuned. 


Looks like Jennifer Aniston’s summer fling with John Mayer may soon come to a heartbreaking end.  Jen flew to Amsterdam to hang with John who was on tour – but a few days before he got there – John was in a coffeehouse working his charm on a girl.  Who happened to be from Manhattan Beach.  Funny.  But he thought she was Durch so he walks up to her and says this gem   ‘I am John and I am a singer,’ ” the girl laughed because of course she knew who he was.  And knew he was dating Jennifer Aniston.  She asked him about that and he says ‘It’s vague.’ He asked for her number – she gave him the digits for her prepaid cel phone -  but the phone was later stolen.  She tells In Touch that she will never know if he called.  But that he was totally acting like a single guy. 

Actor and comedian Andy Dick has been arrested in Murietta. He was busted yesterday morning outside a restaurant on suspicion of having drugs and sexual battery against a 17-year-old girl. The girl told cops Dick walked up to her and pulled down her bra and tank top.  The cops were called to the Buffalo Wild Wing restaurant on reprots of a guy tinkling in the parking lot - causing a disturbance.   When he was searched, they say they found weed and one Xanax in Andy's front pants pocket.  He is still behind bars – bail is at 5-grand. 

 

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were all business yesterday at a lunch on Robertson Blvd. they sat on the patio so the paps they pay for could get good pics.  Anyway – they met with a gaming coach from the all female gaming team, Fragdolls, who was there to give Heidi lessons on Nintendo DS.  Rumours are swirling that Miss Montag is about to sign a lucrative deal with the them to help promote women in gaming.  I dread the day when her face is on a lunch box someday.
